Lee Building Company renovated a 36,000 square foot space for Bonumose, Inc’s office headquarters and research facility in Charlottesville. Phase I consisted of demolition of the current interior space. An in-depth demolition plan was needed to receive the new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing requirements of the facility. The new equpiment was installed meticulously to spec throughout the large facility, requiring a large attention to detail. 

Phase II consisted of partitioning off each section of the building and installing of the equipment, MEP, and light industrial equipment in order to build out the new laboratory and research areas. 

The renovated space now includes a plethora of office space, a research lab, and a state-of-the-art production facility.
