Lee Building Company was selected to construction a new 3-story multi-use building. The 30,000 square foot building includes a parking structure, commercial units on the first level, commercial and residential on the second level, and residential with mountain-view balconies on the third level. Lee Building Company performed the construction of the shell of the building, the parking garage, all of the upfitting for the residential apartments, and layout for the upfitting of the commercial space.

Lee Building Company has been able to work with their sister companies throughout the construction phase, utilizing their expertise in concrete, framing, drywall, and waterproofing.
